This 29 - year - old patient came to our practice seeking a more permanent solution after being unhappy with a previous liquid rhinoplasty. She was particularly concerned with the dorsal hump, the slope of her nose, and she wanted increased tip rotation. New Jersey based aesthetic plastic surgeon Dr. Borab performed a primary rhinoplasty to address these concerns, and at the same time, he performed neck liposuction to reduce her double chin. The result is a refined, beautiful - looking nose that complements her facial features.

This patient is a 22 - year - old female presented with a longstanding concern of submental fullness, which she attributed to hereditary factors and reported as resistant to diet and weight loss. Her weight is stable, and she has not pursued other treatments a side from general weight reduction. She expressed interest in submental liposuction to improve contour in the area. Dr. Zachary Borab performed submental liposuction under local anesthesia to address the patient's concerns and enhance definition of the ce r vicomental angle and jawline.

The patient is a 26 - year - old healthy female who presented with concerns of persistent submental fullness and lower neck fullness, which have bothered her as long as she can remember . She noted that the area around her lower neck and décolleté is a particular area of concern.
