The patient is a 26 - year - old healthy female who presented with concerns of persistent submental fullness and lower neck fullness, which have bothered her as long as she can remember . She noted that the area around her lower neck and décolleté is a particular area of concern. Dr. Zachary Borab performed submental liposuction under local anesthesia to address these concerns and improve contour in the submental and lower neck region.
