This patient is a 22 - year - old female presented with a longstanding concern of submental fullness, which she attributed to hereditary factors and reported as resistant to diet and weight loss. Her weight is stable, and she has not pursued other treatments a side from general weight reduction. She expressed interest in submental liposuction to improve contour in the area. Dr. Zachary Borab performed submental liposuction under local anesthesia to address the patient's concerns and enhance definition of the ce r vicomental angle and jawline.
