Removal/Replacement of Implants

This 31-year-old female presented with concerns regarding her breast implants, which had been placed in 2015. She was experiencing breast asymmetry and felt that her right breast had begun to descend. Dr. Nagy recommended implant exchange surgery with the addition of an internal bra for enhanced support. Her original 457cc silicone implants, which had been placed beneath the muscle, were removed and replaced with 485cc silicone implants. An internal bra was also placed along the inframammary fold to provide additional long-term support and improve implant positioning. The slightly larger implants achieved the fuller, more contoured appearance the patient desired.

This 47-year-old female desired a smaller, more proportionate breast size. She underwent removal of her existing 650cc silicone implants, which were replaced with 375cc silicone implants. A breast lift (mastopexy) was performed at the same time to improve breast shape, restore a more youthful position, and enhance overall contour.

This 27-year-old patient with a history of prior breast augmentation with 355cc saline implants presented for revision surgery, requesting larger volume and conversion to silicone. She currently wore a C-cup bra size. Her existing implants were removed and replaced with 560cc silicone implants placed under the pectoralis muscle to achieve increased fullness and improved contour.
