This 27-year-old patient with a history of prior breast augmentation with 355cc saline implants presented for revision surgery, requesting larger volume and conversion to silicone. She currently wore a C-cup bra size. Her existing implants were removed and replaced with 560cc silicone implants placed under the pectoralis muscle to achieve increased fullness and improved contour.
