This 20 - year - old patient presented to our clinic seeking a rhinoplasty. She wanted a rhinoplasty to accomplish: a more refined and elevated tip, removal of the dorsal hump, and an overall straighter nose. Dr. Zachary Borab performed a primary open rhinoplasty to address her concerns resulting in a natural aesthetic nose to match her beautiful face.
