This 57-year-old female presented to our office with one of her main complaints being an elongated upper lip. Her upper lip length increased as she aged. To reverse this process, Dr. Zachary Borab performed an upper lip lift to restore youthful curves and fullness to her upper lip. This was all done with a barely noticeable scar hidden under the nose crease. She also had additional facial rejuvenation surgery including deep plane face and neck lift, TCA chemical peel, and endoscopic browlift.
