This 60 - year - old patient wanted to rejuvenate her appearance and correct deformities from a prior facelift. She had recurrent jowling , loose neck skin, prominent scarring around her ears, pixie ears (pulled down ear lobe from facelift), and a long upper lip. Dr. Borab performed a revision facelift and neck lift to refresh her face and neck, along with facial fat grafting to restore volume lost with age. To further enhance her results, an upper and lower blepharoplasty and upper lip lift were done. A chemical peel was used to resurface around her lips. These combined procedures have revitalized her appearance, corrected her previous facelift deformities and given her a nice refreshed younger look.
