Face Lift - Dr. Borab

This 51 - year - old patient wanted to rejuvenate her appearance while still looking like herself. Dr. Borab performed a facelift and neck lift to refresh her face and neck, along with facial fat grafting to restore volume lost with age. To further enhance her results, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty was done, and erbium laser resurfacing was used around her lips. These combined procedures have revitalized her appearance, bringing out her natural, youthful energy.

This 58 - year - old patient was concerned about loose skin on her face, neck, and eyelids following weight loss, as well as volume loss in her face. She particularly disliked the sagging skin on her neck, which made her feel older than she actually is. Dr. Borab performed a facelift and neck lift to tighten the skin and redefine her neck, along with facial fat grafting to restore lost volume a produce a much younger looking version of herself. In addition, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty and a lip lift were performed to further enhance her rejuvenation.

This patient is a 66 - year - old female who presented with concerns of facial aging, including midface ptosis, jowling , neck laxity, brow descent, and upper lip elongation. She reported minimal benefit from prior injectables and sought more lasting surgical solutions. Dr. Zachary Borab performed a deep plane facelift with neck lift, selective facial fat grafting, brow lif t, and upper lip lift to address these concerns.
