This 56-year-old patient sought breast reduction surgery to alleviate symptoms associated with excessively large breasts. Prior to surgery, she wore a 42DD bra and desired a smaller, more proportional breast size closer to a B cup. She underwent breast reduction surgery with nipple-areola repositioning to achieve a lighter, more balanced breast contour while improving her overall comfort and quality of life.
