This 18-year-old patient sought breast reduction due to back and shoulder discomfort associated with macromastia (34F cup size). She underwent bilateral breast reduction with removal of excess skin and breast tissue. The nipples were also repositioned to restore symmetry and achieve an improved, proportionate breast shape.
