This 45-year-old female patient presented with symptoms related to macromastia, including back pain, shoulder pain, and bra strap grooving. She currently wore a size 44K bra. She underwent bilateral breast reduction surgery, during which excess breast tissue and skin were removed from both breasts to improve comfort and breast proportion. The nipples were also repositioned to achieve improved symmetry, balance, and a more natural aesthetic outcome.
