This 23-year-old female was experiencing symptoms related to overly large breasts, including back, neck, and shoulder pain, shoulder grooving, numbness and tingling, and difficulty exercising and performing daily activities. Wearing a 34E bra, she elected to undergo breast reduction surgery to improve her comfort and quality of life. Excess breast tissue was removed from both breasts, resulting in a lighter, more balanced breast size and improved body proportions.
