This 35 - year - old female presented with some common issue s after weight loss - she lost volume in her breasts, they were drooping, and her areolas were very wide and medialized. Dr. Zachary Borab performed a breast augmentation with 2 40 cc Rt/ 275 cc Lt moderate profile soft touch silicone implants to correct for asymmetric breast sizes. This was done with a circumvertical - T mastopexy (lollipop) at the same time to provide the patient with restored breast size and a youthful shape.
