This 53-year-old woman was concerned with breast volume loss and sagging that developed over time. She desired fuller, more youthful breast contours and wished to increase from a 34B cup to a full C cup. After a thorough consultation, a breast lift (mastopexy) combined with breast augmentation was recommended to restore volume and improve breast shape and position. She underwent mastopexy with placement of 275cc silicone implants, resulting in enhanced fullness, improved projection, and a more youthful breast appearance.
