This 39-year-old female patient experienced significant weight loss and desired restoration of breast volume and fullness, with a goal of achieving a D-cup appearance. She underwent breast augmentation with 405cc silicone implants placed beneath the pectoral muscle to create a fuller, more proportionate breast contour.
