40-year-old female presented with concerns regarding small breast size and loss of breast volume. She was wearing an A-cup bra and desired improved fullness and enhanced breast contour. The patient underwent breast augmentation with 400cc silicone implants placed beneath the pectoralis muscle to achieve her aesthetic goals, resulting in increased breast volume and improved overall breast shape and proportion.
