35-year-old female presented for breast augmentation due to concerns regarding small breast size. She was wearing a 34A bra and desired improved breast volume and overall fullness. The patient underwent breast augmentation with 304cc silicone implants placed beneath the pectoralis muscle, resulting in enhanced breast shape and increased proportional balance.
