This 70-year-old patient was unhappy with the large amount of extra upper eyelid skin that affected her functionally and aesthetically. She desired upper eyelid rejuvenation and to enhance her look and help her see more clearly. Dr. Zachary Borab performed an upper blepharoplasty (upper lid lift) under local anesthesia to remove all of the extra upper eyelid skin and give her a beautiful and youthful eyelid contour.
