This patient disliked extra upper eyelid skin which gave her a very hooded and heavy appearance for most of her life. She desired upper eyelid rejuvenation and to change her look. Dr. Zachary Borab performed an upper blepharoplasty (upper lid lift) under local anesthesia to give her upper lids a crisp refreshed look giving room to apply eye makeup!
