This patient in her mid 60's was unhappy with the extreme amounts of extra upper eyelid skin that affected her functionally and aesthetically. She desired upper eyelid rejuvenation and to enhance her look and to help her see more clearly. Dr. Zachary Borab performed an upper blepharoplasty (upper lid lift) under local anesthesia to remove all of the extra upper eyelid skin and give her a beautiful and youthful eyelid contour.
