This patient in her early 40's was genetically predisposed to early upper eyelid hooding. She desired upper eyelid rejuvenation and to enhance her look. Dr. Zachary Borab performed an upper blepharoplasty (upper lid lift) under local anesthesia to give her upper lids a beautiful, lighter contour.
