This patient is a 28 - year - old healthy male who underwent surgery with Dr. Zachary Borab. He presented with a longstanding concern of bilateral lower eyelid bags, which he reports are consistently present. The patient expressed dissatisfaction with the aesthetic appearance of the bags, noting they make him look chronically fatigued. He was evaluated and found to be an appropriate candidate for lower blepharoplasty using a transconjuntival approach leaving the patient with no external scar.
