This 43-year-old female presented with concerns about excess abdominal skin and stubborn fat following pregnancy. She was bothered by loose skin and changes in her abdominal contour that could not be improved with diet and exercise alone. After evaluation, she was found to be an excellent candidate for abdominoplasty. She underwent a tummy tuck procedure to remove excess skin and fat from the abdomen, along with liposuction of the flanks to further enhance her waistline and create a smoother, more contoured appearance.
