The patient is a 35 - year - old female who presented after two children and subsequent weight gain and hernia development to discuss surgical options for abdominal contouring, with her main concern being correction of her extra skin and fat in her torso. After evaluation, Dr. Zachary Borab recommended a 360 liposuction with abdominoplasty to address her concerns. He performed an abdominoplasty with liposuction of the abdomen and flanks to improve contour and restore abdominal wall support. The ventral hern ia was addressed at the same time by a general surgeon.
