Donna Sandomierski
Donna M. Sandomierski – Patient Coordinator

Donna is an accomplished professional in the medical field. Her past experience includes fourteen years as a front desk manager for a busy dermatology practice as well as office manager for a medical day spa. Donna has been with the practice since its opening in 2011, and has acquired a vast knowledge of plastic surgery and the needs of our patients. Her desire to interact with patients and provide excellent customer service, as well as her attention to detail and sincere compassion fit perfectly with the role of Patient Coordinator.

“My goal is to be sure every patient has a positive experience with each interaction in our practice.”

Donna has been a resident of Howell, NJ for the past twenty-seven years where she currently resides with her husband. She enjoys reading, gardening, and most importantly spending time with her family. She is a proud supporter of the Lupus Foundation.

Kimberly brings to our practice over 20 years of experience in the beauty field and over 6 years of experience in the medical field. With over 26 years of experience in front desk administration, Kimberly has done it all! She is versed in medical billing, insurance, and cosmetology. Her love for aesthetics is her true passion, making her the perfect addition to our team. She also earned a para legal degree and holds a real estate license. Kimberly greets you with a smile as soon as you walk in, willing to help you in any way to make your experience at our office a pleasurable one. Kimberly recently moved to the Jersey Shore area and is loving it. When away from the office she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, home renovation and landscape design. She believes that you only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.

Harla is a Licensed Practical Nurse who brings a dedication of making patients feel comfortable and good about themselves with her to work every day. She began her career in the field of medicine as a Certified Medical Assistant. Yearning to do more for her patients, Harla returned to school to earn her nursing degree.

A Licensed Practical Nurse, Harla gained valuable experience as a hyperbaric wound care nurse in a wound care center in central New Jersey. She enjoys the field of plastic surgery because it allows her to build relationships with her patients.

Harla has lived in Jackson, New Jersey her entire life. She enjoys spending time with her fiancé, two dogs, friends, and family.

Kimberly Bradshaw, CMA – Medical Assistant
Kimberly Bradshaw, CMA – Medical Assistant

Kim plays an integral part in providing exceptional care to the patients of our practice. A certified medical assistant with extensive experience in both hands on patient care as well as patient management, Kim brings attention to detail and concern for her patients well above expectation. She assists Dr. Nagy with in-office procedures, obtains and maintains records for patient charts, and frequently interacts with other physicians, labs, and diagnostic testing centers on behalf of her patients. Prior to obtaining her Medical Assistant Certification in 2007, she attended FIT and Ocean Community College. She has built upon that foundation with seven years of experience in the field of vascular surgery. A native of Hastings, New York, Kim currently resides locally in the Jersey Shore area. She is an avid animal lover and shelter supporter as well as a supporter of cancer awareness charities.

Luz brings years of experience and expertise in the medical field to the practice. She graduated from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut with a degree in Humanities. Her interest in the field of aesthetic medicine drove her to develop a career in the field of plastic surgery. Staying current on the latest technology and trends by attending conferences, seminars, and earning certifications through specialized training, Luz enjoys seeing her success in her patient’s satisfaction. A true people person, Luz likes to focus on finding the positive in any given situation. She is the area’s premier provider of IPL services, with unmatched skill and experience for all skin types.

Of Colombian origin, Luz speaks fluent Spanish. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and her grandson. Putting mind and body together helped her accomplish great things – such as the NYC Marathon in 2013.

Meaghan is a licensed medical aesthetician who is highly-trained and experienced in skin care, non-surgical body contouring procedures, and laser treatments. Meaghan graduated from Seton Hall University with a degree in Marketing & Graphic Design, and later attended Atelier Esthetique in Manhattan to obtain her aesthetic license. She loves to share her knowledge with her patients about the treatments and skin care products we offer so they can make the best decision when it comes to choosing what is best for them. She is very passionate about enhancing natural beauty and restoring self-confidence in each of her patients. To her, there is nothing better than a patient leaving happy with a smile on their face!

Desiree Demuro – Business Specialist
Desiree Demuro – Business Specialist

Desiree believes in always having a positive attitude, as it makes a significant difference, evokes more energy, initiative, and happiniess. She has extensive experience in the medical billing field as well as human resources, physician education, and insurance negotiation. Desiree has worked for some of the area’s largest health care insurance providers as well as consulting firms. Educated as a medical assistant and coder, Desiree oversees the business functions of the practice as well as provides support in the areas of patient service and satisfaction.

Desiree enjoys spending time with her family, travel, boating, and cooking. She is a native to the area and takes advantage of all the Jersey Shore has to offer.

Gina Gizzi, MPA, Director of Marketing

Gina is an accomplished medical professional with over 18 years in the healthcare industry, including experience in the clinical laboratory, sales and marketing, and business development. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology from East Stroudsburg University, and her master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in Health from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She has experience working in the hospital setting, and later as a medical representative promoting diagnostic cancer screening tests in women’s healthcare.

Gina truly is a people person, and firmly values the relationships she develops through her outreach efforts. Gina’s goal is to provide the highest level of service possible to our patients through strong follow-up with our physician referral partners and consistent public and provider education about what our practice has to offer. Gina is a volunteer scout leader, and enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, traveling, cooking and hiking.

Caroline believes in enjoying every day and always finding the positive side of situations. She has been in the finance arena in both the UK and US for many years. She began her career with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Warwick University, and then moved into the finance field gaining a qualification as a Chartered Accountant at Arthur Andersen in London. After relocating to America and putting down roots in New Jersey, she returned to the finance management field. She is a certified Quickbooks Proadvisor and has worked with a range of different businesses and fields.

Caroline lives with her family in Wall, New Jersey and enjoys spending time outside of the office involved with her families sporting activities, decorating, and is an avid spinner, loving all exercise.
