Donna is an accomplished professional in the medical field. Her past experience includes fourteen years as a front desk manager for a busy dermatology practice as well as office manager for a medical day spa. Donna has been with the practice since its opening in 2011, and has acquired a vast knowledge of plastic surgery and the needs of our patients. Her desire to interact with patients and provide excellent customer service, as well as her attention to detail and sincere compassion fit perfectly with the role of Patient Coordinator. “My goal is to be sure every patient has a positive experience with each interaction in our practice.”
Donna has been a resident of Howell, NJ for the past twenty-seven years where she currently resides with her husband. She enjoys reading, gardening, and most importantly spending time with her family. She is a proud supporter of the Lupus Foundation.
Isla exudes an abundance of positive energy as a Front Office Executive. She interacts with patients, staff, and the community on a daily basis and serves as the first point of contact to the practice. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Hofstra University and has been in the customer service industry for the past 20 years. Spending most of these in spa and salon management, Isla has a broad knowledge of skin care and cosmetics. A native New Yorker, she has been a resident of the Jersey Shore for the past 20 years. In her spare time she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and antiquing with her husband.

Brittany possesses an extensive background in customer service, account management, computer software, and spa management. A seasoned professional in the field, Brittany takes pride in assisting our patients and the practice with a variety of needs from patient coordination to administrative functions. The first point of contact for almost all to our practice, Brittany ensures your experience will be an excellent one. She believes in always looking to find the positive in every situation. Brittany is a life long resident of the Jersey shore. A graduate of Wall High School, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Arielle was born and raised at the Jersey Shore. After graduating from Monsignor Donovan High School where she was selected to participate in the National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine, Arielle remained in the shore area and earned her Bachelors in Health Studies from Monmouth University. There, she graduated Magna Cum Laude, was a member of the Alpha Epsilon Delta Honor Society and won the Academic Excellence award for Health Studies majors.
Arielle received her MS Physician Assistant degree from Seton Hall University, ranked by US News in the top 25 in the US for PA programs. At Seton Hall she won the Senior Research Award and was selected to present her research at the National PA conference in San Antonio, Texas in May 2016.
While she has always focused on academics, she also enjoyed her time as a HS competition cheerleader, gymnast, and collegiate cheerleader. Her community is important to her. Arielle was a volunteer during Hurricane Sandy relief efforts, and has been active in fundraisers for the Alzheimer’s foundation after watching her grandmother battle the disease for many years.
Arielle has a great passion for art. In her spare time Arielle enjoys painting and drawing. Her art pieces have even been featured at local libraries. Her love of art and medicine is the reason she chose a career in plastic surgery.
Kaitlyn has been working in the customer service industry for over 15 years, having worked at several of the top resorts in the country. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Resort Management. In 2010, Kaitlyn went back to pursue her nursing degree and as the valedictorian of her class, earned a 4.0 GPA. After starting with our practice in 2011, she moved west to pursue continuing education and obtained a position with a top plastic surgeon in Scottsdale, Arizona. She returned to us with an abundance of knowledge and experience, ready to take on the role as Clinical Director.
Kaitlyn understands the importance of correlating her customer service background and nursing to successfully meet the demands of Dr. Nagy’s busy and diverse patient base. “Whatever you do, do it well”-Walt Disney. Kaitlyn’s goal is to be knowledgeable, attentive, compassionate and thorough, and to providing patients with the best surgical experience possible before, during and after surgery. She wants to ensure that every patients experience at our office is positive and enjoyable.
Outside of work, Kaitlyn likes to spend time with her family, is an avid runner and is pursuing an advanced degree in nursing.

Harla is a Licensed Practical Nurse who brings a dedication of making patients feel comfortable and good about themselves with her to work every day. She began her career in the field of medicine as a Certified Medical Assistant. Yearning to do more for her patients, Harla returned to school to earn her nursing degree.
A Licensed Practical Nurse, Harla gained valuable experience as a hyperbaric wound care nurse in a wound care center in central New Jersey. She enjoys the field of plastic surgery because it allows her to build relationships with her patients.
Harla has lived in Jackson New Jersey her entire life. She enjoys spending time with her fiancé, two dogs, friends, and family.
Kim plays an integral part in providing exceptional care to the patients of our practice. A certified medical assistant with extensive experience in both hands on patient care as well as patient management, Kim brings attention to detail and concern for her patients well above expectation. She assists Dr. Nagy with in office procedures, obtains and maintains records for patient charts, and frequently interacts with other physicians, labs, and diagnostic testing centers on behalf of her patients. She obtained her Medical Assistant Certification in 2007 from The Star Technical Institute and has built upon that foundation with seven years experience in vascular medicine. A native of Hastings New York, Kim currently resides locally with her husband and dog. She is an avid animal lover and shelter supporter as well as a supporter of cancer awareness charities. “You are never too old to set another goal or dream a new dream” – Aristotle.

Courtney is a certified medical assistant, certified by the American Association of Medical Assistants. Born and raised in Belmar, NJ, she completed her certification program at the Stuart School of Wall, NJ. Courtney has worked in the healthcare field for a number of years, with experience in womens’ health, gynecological oncology, and the service and retail industry. Her real passion has been found in the field of plastic surgery, where she prides herself on providing exceptional care to her patients. Courtney has a strong commitment to volunteering and helping build awareness for many great causes. She has served as team leader for Relay for Life, participated annually in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, and has spent time volunteering at Mary’s Place by the Sea. Courtney loves learning, and receives great satisfaction from helping others, making her a valuable member of the practice. Away from the office, she enjoys yoga, exercise, and spending time with her family and friends.
Lina brings a wealth of experience to our practice. She is not only a Certified Medical Assistant, but also maintains licensures in both cosmetology and permanent micropigmentation (tattooing). Devotion to health and beauty has shaped Lina’s entire life, beginning in her homeland of Colombia. After moving to the United States in 2001, Lina began the journey towards citizenship. She has also earned membership in the Society of Professional Surgical Skin Care Specialists and the American Academy of Micropigmentation.
Her greatest pleasure comes from helping restore beauty and self-confidence that has been damaged by aging, lifestyle or illness. “I feel blessed with the opportunity to help cancer survivors feel as beautiful outside as inside through micropigmentation procedures, including areola repigmentation and scar camouflage.”
An expert on skin care, Lina keeps current on the science of skin care as well as new products and treatments. A local New Jersey shore resident, Lina speaks fluent Spanish and is a volunteer for the American Cancer Society. She believes the privacy and dignity of each patient should be highly respected and brings artistry, good judgment and compassion to her role in our practice.
Luz brings years of experience and expertise in the medical field to the practice. She graduated from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut with a degree in Humanities. Her interest in the field of aesthetic medicine drove her to develop a career in the field of plastic surgery. Staying current on the latest technology and trends by attending conferences, seminars, and earning certifications through specialized training, Luz enjoys seeing her success in her patient’s satisfaction. A true people person, Luz likes to focus on finding the positive in any given situation. She is the area’s premier provider of IPL services, with unmatched skill and experience for all skin types.
Of Columbian origin, Luz speaks fluent Spanish. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and her grandson. Putting mind and body together helped her accomplish great things – such as the NYC Marathon in 2013.
Lisa brings years of experience and knowledge to the practice in the areas of health care administration and market development. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration from The University of Scranton, and continued her education earning a Master’s Degree of Science in Administration from West Chester University. She has worked in both the hospital setting as well as long term care in the areas of billing, admissions, marketing, and administration. Lisa’s focus is on providing the best possible care and service to our patients as well as finding ways to continually improve and expand upon our services.

Lisa is an avid supporter and volunteer at the American Cancer Society. She enjoys spending free time with her husband and two daughters, as well as tennis, travel, and cooking.
Desiree believes in always having a positive attitude, as it makes a significant difference, evokes more energy, initiative, and happiniess. She has extensive experience in the medical billing field as well as human resources, physician education, and insurance negotiation. Desiree has worked for some of the area’s largest health care insurance providers as well as consulting firms. Educated as a medical assistant and coder, Desiree oversees the business functions of the practice as well as provides support in the areas of patient service and satisfaction.

Desiree enjoys spending time with her family, travel, boating, and cooking. She is a native to the area and takes advantage of all the Jersey Shore has to offer.
Gina is an accomplished medical professional with over 18 years in the healthcare industry, including experience in the clinical laboratory, sales and marketing, and business development. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology from East Stroudsburg University, and her Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in Health from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She has experience working in the hospital setting, and later as a medical representative promoting diagnostic cancer screening tests in women’s healthcare. “Greatness is not found in possessions, power, position or prestige. Gina’s goal is to provide the highest level of service possible to our patients through strong follow-up with our physician referral partners and consistent public and provider education about what our practice has to offer. Gina is a volunteer scout leader, and enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, traveling, cooking and hiking.
